Free Shipping Within the United States
We proudly offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders. No minimum purchase is required.
Processing Time
- Most in-stock items ship within 5–7 business days.
- Custom, made-to-order, or resized items may require additional processing time. Estimated timelines will be provided at checkout or by your sales consultant.
- Orders are processed Tuesday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Methods
All orders ship through trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Standard free shipping includes tracking and insurance.
Depending on availability, expedited shipping options (2-day or overnight) are available. Please contact us for assistance.
Signature Requirement
To protect your purchase, all orders over $300 will require an adult signature upon delivery.
Shipping Addresses
For security purposes, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical residential or business address is required for all jewelry shipments.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please contact us if you have a special request or need assistance.
Lost or Damaged Packages
All shipments are fully insured until delivered. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a claim and resolution.
